1. Using Better API

Better API is provided “as is” for API transformation, stabilization, and enhancement. You may use the platform only in accordance with applicable laws and these Terms.

2. Your Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse, abuse, or reverse-engineer our services
You must not use Better API to process illegal, harmful, or abusive content
You’re responsible for securing your access tokens, credentials, or API keys

3. Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime, but the service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues. We do our best to communicate proactively when that happens.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software related to Better API is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, rebrand, or resell our service without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Better API shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our liability is capped to the amount paid by you (if any).

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we’ll notify users via the site or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Better API if you violate these Terms or use the platform in a way that threatens the integrity of our systems or other users.
